Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Speak JP app ("Learn Japanese: Speak & Listen", "Speak JP", "we"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"); these terms add the points specific to Speak JP. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Speak JP Pro unlocks every unit, clip and review. It is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store; the plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- "Restore" on the plans screen gives an active subscription back on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID.
Your account
- An account is required to use Speak JP. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me › Settings › Account & data › Delete account). See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and how it is deleted.
Videos and learning content
- Speak JP does not host videos. Clips are played from YouTube through YouTube's official embedded player and stay subject to the YouTube Terms of Service; the videos belong to their creators.
- Subtitles, translations, word lists and explanations are prepared for learning and may contain mistakes. They are not professional translation.
- Rights holders can ask us to remove a clip by writing to speakjp@doesonejob.com; we remove content within 14 days of a valid request.
Acceptable use
Use Speak JP for your own learning. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app's content, interfere with the service, or try to access other people's accounts.
Echo scores
Echo scores are an automatic comparison of what speech recognition heard with the line. They are a practice aid, not a certified assessment of your Japanese.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar Speak JP uygulaması ("Learn Japanese: Speak & Listen", "Speak JP", "biz") için geçerlidir. Uygulama sana Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("Standart EULA") kapsamında lisanslanır; bu koşullar Speak JP'ye özgü maddeleri ekler. İkisi çelişirse Standart EULA geçerlidir.
Abonelikler ve ücretsiz deneme
- Speak JP Pro tüm ünitelerin, kliplerin ve tekrarların kilidini açar. App Store üzerinden otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak satılır; planlar ve fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliğinden alınır. Bir planda ücretsiz deneme varsa, deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen deneme sonunda ücret alınır.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Kimliğinden alınır.
- Aboneliğini iPhone Ayarlar › Apple Kimliği › Abonelikler'den yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı ya da hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. İadeleri Apple kendi politikalarına göre yürütür.
- Planlar ekranındaki "Geri yükle", aynı Apple Kimliğiyle giriş yapılmış yeni bir cihazda aktif aboneliği geri getirir.
Hesabın
- Speak JP'yi kullanmak için hesap gerekir. Şifreni güvende tut; hesabındaki işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
- Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin (Ben › Ayarlar › Hesap ve veriler › Hesabı sil). Nelerin saklandığı ve nasıl silindiği için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.
Videolar ve öğrenme içeriği
- Speak JP video barındırmaz. Klipler YouTube'un resmî gömülü oynatıcısıyla YouTube'dan oynatılır ve YouTube Hizmet Şartları'na tabidir; videolar sahiplerine aittir.
- Altyazılar, çeviriler, kelime listeleri ve açıklamalar öğrenme amacıyla hazırlanır ve hata içerebilir; profesyonel çeviri değildir.
- Hak sahipleri bir klibin kaldırılmasını speakjp@doesonejob.com adresine yazarak isteyebilir; geçerli bir talepten sonra içeriği 14 gün içinde kaldırırız.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Speak JP'yi kendi öğrenmen için kullan. Uygulamanın içeriğini kopyalama, satma ya da dağıtma; hizmete müdahale etme ve başkalarının hesaplarına erişmeye çalışma.
Yankı puanları
Yankı puanı, konuşma tanımanın duyduğu ile cümlenin otomatik karşılaştırmasıdır. Pratik yardımcısıdır, Japoncanın resmî bir değerlendirmesi değildir.
