Common questions
- Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions › Speak JP. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- New phone: sign in with the same account and tap "Restore" on the plans screen.
- No echo score: scores need Apple's speech recognition. If the app says it isn't available, check that Dictation is on (Settings › General › Keyboard › Enable Dictation) and that you're online; you can still record and compare by listening.
- Delete your account: Me › Settings › Account & data › Delete account, or email us from your account's address.
- Remove a clip (rights holders): email us with the video link; we remove content within 14 days of a valid request.
